Ingredients
- 6–8 strawberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 tablespoons Zulka Powdered Pure Cane Sugar
Instructions
- Cut the tip off the bottom of each strawberry so it can stand upright.
- Cut off the top and carefully scoop out the center to hollow each strawberry.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cocoa powder, chocolate instant pudding mix, and Zulka Powdered Pure Cane Sugar until a thick mousse forms.
- Transfer the mousse to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe the mousse into each hollowed strawberry.
- Enjoy immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
